dive date is responsible for the correct execution of the reservation process, but not for the product supplied by the service provider.
itinerary information should be considered as a sample only. operators may choose to take a different route based on weather conditions, specific requests by the group of customers, acts of god, force majeure event, or for any other reason.
bookings.
bookings are only confirmed once payment is made and a confirmation email has been sent to you. dive date advises you to make other related travel arrangements, including flight arrangements, only after bookings are confirmed.
prices.
all rates published on dive date site include the cost of the base service, excluding mandatory surcharges, taxes and levies, unless otherwise specified.
availability.
services displayed on dive date are subject to confirmation upon completion of payment and submission of all booking details.

all prices are displayed in USD. the accuracy of the currency conversion cannot be relied upon as conversion rates may vary according to your payment provider or according to the currency exchange rate of the date of confirmation.

group trip payment policy.
- 25% non-refundable deposit due within 7 days of receiving an invoice.
- 25% due 120 days prior to trip start date.
- balance due 90 days prior to trip start date.
group trip cancellation policy.
all cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- if a cancelation request is received more than 120 days prior to the trip start date: 25% of the trip total is non-refundable.
- if a cancelation request is received between 120 and 90 days prior to the trip start date: 50% of the trip total is non-refundable.
- If a cancelation request is received less than 90 days prior to the trip start date: 100% of the trip total is non-refundable.
trip insurance.
we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance as soon as you confirm a trip.
dive date is not responsible for refunding clients for cancellations made due to weather, fire, flood, earthquakes, typhoons, hurricanes, acts of god, war, warlike conditions, blockade, embargoes, riots, pandemics, governmental restrictions, labor disturbances, unavailability of anticipated usual means of supplies, transportation or loading facilities, wrecks, epidemics, quarantine, explosion, any unforeseen change in circumstances, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
